The colors displayed on our website are a digital representation of the watch models we carry. There may be a slight variation in the color shades displayed on the website compared to reality. No returns will be accepted for this reason.

Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you may return the order with a shipping company of your liking, all shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only accept returns for our mistake of sending the wrong watch or watches broken during transportation, it must be communicated within 24 hours after receiving the package, otherwise, we will not accept the return of the broken watch after 24 hours after receiving the package.

We do not accept returns for wrong size or your wrist is too small or too big for the watch, Each watch is assembled by hand and requires a completely handmade process. Et-Watches does not take any responsibility for measurement errors, Size correspondence may vary from person to person depending on wrist types and personal wearing preferences.

Warranty and guarantees

All Et-Watches watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty period covers your watch for repair or replacement in the event of a failure, malfunction or manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover problems that result from abnormal use as described below even during the warranty period.

Damage resulting from improper care or disregard for listed specifications

-Mechanical failure due to any form of knocks and dents.

Water damage due to improper use of the crown or not meeting the water resistance specifications as listed on the product page

-Damage or failure of the quick date function due to improper mechanical care.

Superficial surface damage such as scratches, dents and dings that occur from regular use.

Damage or failure resulting from repair or modification by a third party or company.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged watch, the Et-Watches 1-year limited warranty will cover the repair or replacement of your timepiece where eligible. To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at: contact@et-watches.com .

Upon approval of your warranty claim, please return your watch in its original packaging and ensure that it is securely packaged. (The customer will be responsible for shipping costs to the requested address, but once the watch is repaired, the customer will not be charged any additional shipping costs).

Cancellation Policy

-Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to shipment. However, due to the personalized nature of each watch, cancellations are subject to a variable deduction of service fees as outlined below:

Cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order

-10% service charge deduction to cover additional administrative costs

Cancellation at any time after 24 hours until before the order is shipped

-50% deduction from service charge to cover cost of materials ordered and lost labor time.

Additionally, if you wish to cancel your order in exchange for another design, please contact us at: contact@et-watches.com . and we will assist you in doing so. Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid any additional fees. After 24 hours, your request may be subject to a service fee deduction to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unfortunately, with the custom built to order nature of our watches, we do not accept returns and refunds due to "Mind Alteration"

However, your watch is covered by our 3-year Prestige Montres Limited Warranty. If you receive an order that you suspect is damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@et-watches.com , to initiate a warranty claim.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund too.
